Pause with what you are experiencing
Choose the feeling, situation, thought or physical sensation you want to work with. You do not need to explain it perfectly or solve it beforehand.
What is EFT Tapping?
EFT Tapping is a gentle mind–body method that combines focusing on what you are experiencing with light fingertip tapping on acupressure points.

Simple yet profound
Sometimes we know intellectually that we are no longer in danger, yet our body, emotions or old patterns continue to react.
With EFT, we do not push the experience away or force ourselves to think positively. We meet it safely, one piece at a time. Tapping may help settle the body's stress response, making the experience easier to process and view from a new perspective.
What happens during tapping?
Choose the feeling, situation, thought or physical sensation you want to work with. You do not need to explain it perfectly or solve it beforehand.
Using your fingertips, you gently tap acupressure points on the face and upper body while keeping your attention on the issue.
As you work, you observe your feelings, thoughts and physical reactions. The intensity may begin to settle, creating space for a different perspective.
