What personal data is processed?

We may process information you provide through a contact form, by email, when subscribing to a newsletter or free resource, and when enrolling in a service. This may include:

• your name and contact details, such as email address and phone number
• the service you select and the content of your message or question
• information relating to newsletter and other email subscriptions
• necessary customer, enrolment, invoicing and purchase information
• technical information needed for website operation and security, such as IP address, browser information and logs.

Please do not send unnecessary health or mental-health information through the contact form. If such information is needed to plan our work safely, we will agree separately on how it should be provided.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, provide services, manage customer relationships, handle orders and payments, deliver requested materials and, with your consent, send newsletters and other marketing communications.

Depending on the situation, the legal basis is your consent, a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract, a legal obligation, or the controller's legitimate interest in customer communication and maintaining the operation and security of the website.

Service providers and international transfers

External providers are used to deliver the website and services, including Formspree for contact forms, MailerLite for email lists and forms, and ClientClub and payment service providers for course purchases and payments. The website hosting provider also processes technical data needed for operation and security.

Data is shared with these providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the relevant service. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are made using safeguards required by applicable data-protection law. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Enquiries are retained for the time needed to handle the matter and any resulting customer relationship. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Accounting information is retained for statutory periods. Technical logs are retained according to the relevant service provider's practices.

Cookies and external services

This website does not currently use separate advertising or behavioural analytics tracking. The technical website service and integrated external services may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for operation and security. When you follow a link to an external service, that provider's own privacy practices also apply.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive data you have provided in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time, for example by using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter.

To exercise your rights, contact the controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in Finland, this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
