Gentleness before force
I believe change does not come from fighting against ourselves. When we can approach our experience with curiosity and safety, something often begins to move in a completely new way.

Hello, I am Merja
I am an EFT Tapping Trainer and practitioner — and above all, a person who has always been curious about why we act as we do and what helps us return closer to ourselves.
My journey
My path into this work was not a straight one. I studied economics and worked for years in human resources and leadership. From the outside everything may have looked good, but my body began to tell me that the old way of living and working was no longer sustainable.
Burnout made me stop and listen to myself in a new way. It did not change everything overnight, but it began a journey through yoga, breathwork and body awareness, and eventually to EFT Tapping. Through my own experience, I began to understand that willpower and reasoning cannot solve everything.
What touched me about EFT was its practicality: it helps us meet what is true right now. At the same time, it can open a connection to deeper causes that thinking alone may not reach.
What matters to me
I believe change does not come from fighting against ourselves. When we can approach our experience with curiosity and safety, something often begins to move in a completely new way.
I am interested in what truly lies beneath a reaction, belief or pattern. When the cause becomes visible, change can also become deeper and more lasting.
EFT is not a formula that I apply in the same way to everyone. I listen to the person, their body and what needs space in this particular moment.

The person behind the work
I am a Finnish woman, a partner and a mother of two. My family is Finnish–Venezuelan, and an international outlook has long been part of my life.
I have also lived and taught in France, Peru and Australia. Different cultures and stages of life have taught me that there is no single right way to be human. Family, health, nature, freedom and personal growth are important to me — as is the permission to be wise, unfinished and entirely ordinary at the same time.
That may be why I want to speak clearly and understandably in my trainings and sessions. Depth does not need to mean stiffness. There is room for warmth, humanity and sometimes humour, too.
